Answer:           1. Cleaning the car

                          Use a high pressure washer to remove dust particles from the car body,if you car is very dirty,maybe you have to use foam gun with liquid soap to make a deep                                                            cleaning.then use a good water absorption towel to make the surface clean and dry.

                          2. Grinding

                          According to the size of the surface scratches, use different sizes and grid of sandpaper for rough sanding.

                          3. Polishing

                          You can use TEKWAY polisher and polishing pad,then choose a right polishing chemical to polish that sanding area on the car.

                          4. Mirror restoration

                          Restore the body mirror finish with fine foam pad at low speed of Tekway polisher.

Answer:           Yes, DA polisher not only helps to remove scratches from paint. And it can also apply wax and polish to the car.


Question:        What kind of grit is suitable for the polishing machine?

Answer:           Sandpaper specifically for polishing metal, it is generally recommended to start with 600 grit sandpaper and then upgrade to finer sandpaper.


Question:        What is the difference between orbital and dual action?

Answer:           When both actions are combined, The path of the pad for orbital action never changes and is fixed,we call it "Dual Action". The polisher will walk on a path automatically at the                              same time it rotating.

                          Random Orbital:The rotation and oscillation are random, not a fixed path.the pad rotate on same center circle.you have to pull or push the polisher to the area it should working.


Question:        Is a rotary polisher or a DA polisher better?

Answer:           Both the rotary polisher and DA polisher existing on market,the DA polisher come out a little later than rotoary polisher.DA polisher is more efficient than its peers, it not only 

                          spins but also oscillates, so as long as you use the right chemicals, you can easily avoid buffer swirls with DA polishers.sometimes it’s depend on the users’ habit.


Question:        What RPM should I use to polish my car?

Answer:           For the rotoary polisher,the normal speed is 1000RPM to 3000RPM.for the DA polisher,the normal speed is 1000RPM to 5000RPM.if you need to remove the                                                                scratch,pls keep the polisher at high speed level around 3000-4000 RPM,if just for waxing or compounding,pls keep it at lower speed around 1500-2000Rpm,it’s  just for your                                  reference,everyone have different request on the RPM when they working on the car.


Question:        Is the cordless car polisher easy to use?

Answer:           The advantage of Cordless polishers is mainly because of it’s “cordless”,there’s no cord to disturb you working.and the torque and RPM is not difference with the                                                          normal electric polisher.if we have to point out some bad aspect of cordless polisher,I think that will be the limited working time which depending on the 

                          battery.one unit 4000mAh battery could keep working 25minutes,so if you need more long working time,you have to prepare 2units battery at least.

Answer:           Rotary polishers remove paint faster than double acting (DA) polishers. Because a double-action polisher rotates in both circumferential directions, a rotary                                                                  polisher only rotates in one direction, causing heat and friction to build up faster.
