一、WORKING PRINCIPLE：

The working principle of the car polishing machine is mainly to remove dirt and oxide layer on the surface of the car paint through mechanical friction to improve the gloss and smoothness of the car paint. The rotation speed of the polishing disc is usually between 1500 and 3000 rpm, and most of them have infinitely variable speed functions so that they can be adjusted at any time according to construction needs. In addition, polishing wax may be added during the polishing process, which helps make the paint surface smoother and brighter.

Dual action polisher

DA has a lower polishing temperature and greater construction tolerance, making it suitable for all beginners. The key point in selecting a DA machine is not only the eccentricity, but more importantly, whether it can continue to rotate under a certain downforce, which we call the ability to force operation. For most DA machines, under a certain pressure, the operating trajectory will change from rotation + revolution to revolution only, so that its performance becomes the same as a waxing machine.
